Relay point or post office delivery is only available for French and Belgian customers.
The cost is 4.5 € for France and 7 € for Belgium.
It is offered from 50 € of purchase in France and 100 € in Belgium.

It is only available for France with a cost of 6 €. It is also offered from 50 euros of purchase.
In case of loss of the package by mail, we will not be held responsible and no refund will be made.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
You have 15 days after receiving the goods to make a return.
The return costs are our responsibility only in case of exchange or credit. If you use the service below, no refund will be possible.
To make parcel returns simply follow the instructions below.
First, log in to your account and access your order history.
Click on "Details" to access information about your order.
Then check the box corresponding to the product (s) you want to return.
Then, provide an explanation for the return request, once completed, click on the "return request" button.
Once the return request has been made, you will receive an email from La Poste containing as an attachment your return slip, as below.
Simply paste the left side of your package and deposit it either in your mailbox or in your post office.

Items must be new and unused, otherwise they will not be accepted and returned to you.
In addition, please indicate on a sheet your: name, surname and order number and your instructions (exchange, credit, refund).
In order to improve our services, we invite you to communicate the reasons for your return.
Once received, your parcel will be treated within 5 working days, a confirmation email will be sent to you.
